.... following the ceremonial ground breaking on Thursday when Mayor Kevin Winters, Rotorua Energy Charitable Trust chairman Grahame Hall, trustee Judy Keaney, Cr Charles Sturt and Pukeroa Oruawhata representative Malcolm Short, took controls of a mechanical digger to break the ground and officially commence construction of the exciting new facility for Rotorua.
