Mixing business with pleasure is just to about to get even easier in Rotorua with the Rotorua District Council undertaking the construction of a $20 million plus contemporary and modern world-class facility capable of holding conventions, exhibitions, major indoor sporting events and concerts.

The new Rotorua Energy Events Centre, which will be opened in 2006, will not only add an exciting new facility in the thermal wonderland, but it will also help grow the city’s enviable international and national reputation as of one of the most sought after international events and conference destinations.
